  • MCX does not provide complimentary passes.

  • No, each guest manages their own pricing and transactions at their tables. MCX does not control pricing or handle any sales made at guest tables.

  • Yes, most guests are happy to sign items like comics, DVDs, toys, and posters for a fee. However, guests reserve the right to decline signing certain items.

  • Absolutely! Many attendees dress as their favorite characters at MCX. However, please ensure costumes are family-friendly. Refer to the Policies page for guidelines on costume props and weapons.

  • Pets are not allowed inside the venue, including dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, etc.

    Service dogs must have proper identification and are subject to security checks.

  • Yes.

    The Renasant Convention Center prioritizes inclusivity and accessibility for all visitors, including those with physical challenges. Facilities are equipped with elevators providing access to all levels, exterior ramps for wheelchair accessibility, braille signage in elevators and meeting rooms, and accessible restrooms with appropriate fixtures. Moreover, the Center's parking garage features specially marked and reserved parking spaces designated for disabled patrons, ensuring a welcoming and accommodating environment for everyone.​​

  • We do not offer refunds for exhibitor booth cancellations or ticket purchases, as stated on the Vendor/Artist Alley application and the TIXR website.
